Horrible Customer Service

If you have a problem with your order or looking to have contact with someone about it, you’re screwed. It ‘s on you, whether you lose money or not.
My order consisted of a few items one being whole mushrooms that didn’t arrive with the package. I’ve contacted them explaining the situation and their response was to apply a gift card to my account (which cannot be found to this day). When asking if there can be alternative solution as the amount of the gift card did not amount to money spent, I asked if we could come to a different agreement, and if that was not possible, then a refund. Still haven’t heard back. This order was placed almost a month ago.
Take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other Canadian sites that can provide adequate customer service.
